Find out exactly how many gallons of epoxy your garage floor needs. Avoids the classic "ran out at coat two" problem.

Notes

Always order ~10% extra to cover spills, sloppy edges, and a touch-up reserve.
Thicker pours (8+ mil) offer better hot-tire pickup resistance but need more product.
If you're adding decorative flakes or top-coat polyurea, add those gallons separately.
Coverage degrades on porous concrete: a primer coat can save you a half-gallon over the project.
